Article Submission Guidelines

We are open to publishing your articles on our website. If you have any interesting topics or articles you would like to publish on our website, please request to create an author profile and submit your articles. Make sure the articles you submit to www.janeve.me confirms to the following guidelines.

Author Profile

    1. Only individual contributors are allowed to become authors.
    2. You must first acquire an author profile to start submitting articles to the website.
    3. Your author profile picture must be an actual picture of you and only you. Profiles without a profile picture or having a company logo or ambiguous picture will be rejected. We get the author profile pics from Gravatar. Click here to register and upload your picture.
    4. Your author profile should have your real and full name.
    5. Company URLs are allowed in the website field of your profile.

Submitting Articles

  1. All articles submitted to the website will be moderated.
  2. The time taken to publish an article may vary depending on administrative, qualitative, and quantitative reasons.
  3. Articles submitted must be original and written by the author.
  4. Articles published on other websites are allowed as long as it is permitted to republish.
  5. Articles submitted must fall under one of the following categories:
    1. Software Programming
    2. System Architecture
    3. Agile Development Processes
    4. Management and Personal Development
    5. Finance
    6. Big Data and Analytics
    7. Robotic Science
    8. Technical/Management Book Reviews
    9. Technical Events
  6. New categories can also be suggested if the article does not fit in any of the above categories.
  7. Code Snippets, console input/outputs and other quotes should be properly formatted to avoid any delays in the moderation process.
  8. Following types of articles are may be rejected as per the moderator’s discretion:
    1. Pure SEO and visitor acquisition
    2. Plan gadget reviews
    3. Press releases
    4. Promotional and Advertorials
    5. Incomplete Articles
    6. Irrelevant Topics
  9. Articles must be in English and with legible spelling and grammar.
  10. All articles will be having a featured image of the dimensions: 960(w) x 640(h).
    1. In case you do not have a featured image, the default image of the category would be used, or our editors would choose an alternative image in some cases.
    2. You can upload any custom image for your article as long as it suits the article and the website culture.
